BAKED WRASSE FILLETS
Ingredients (for 2 people):
-2 wrasse fillets
– 4 garlic cloves
– 1 glass of white wine
– black pepper
– 4 potatoes
– 1 leaf of bay
1) Season with salt and pepper the wrasse fillets.
2) Cut the onion and garlic into slices and cover the bottom of the container we use for the oven.
Then we do the same with the potatoes, trying not to make too thick slices and place them on top of the onions. Sprinkle with olive oil, season with salt. We introduce the dish in the oven at 250 degrees until potatoes and the onion begin to brown.
3) When the potatoes are half done, add the wrasse fillets, lemon slices and sprinkle with white wine glass.
We also add a bay leaf and return to put the dish in the oven this time for 15 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the fillets may take more or less to cook.
4) Remove from the oven and add the chopped parsley.
